Paper Guidelines

Authors of accepted abstracts are requested to submit a full paper (max. 8 pages) plus an extended abstract (max 1 page) electronically by  February 1, 2016 through the Editorial Center with the same login as the abstract submission.

Guidelines can be found at this link.

Please translate your full paper file into Portable Document Format (PDF) and submit both, the MS Word document file and the pdf document file via the congress website. We need both formats in case minor corrections of the format are necessary.

After you have uploaded your full paper, you will be able to view it and, should you wish, upload a revised full paper until the deadline of February 1, 2016.

Please note that the final decision on your submissions (accepted as oral presentation, accepted as poster or rejected) will be made on the basis of the full paper. For your submissions to be included in the congress proceedings, the corresponding author must be registered and pay the registration fee by May 1, 2016. The presenter and the corresponding author should be the same person. One presenter can hold up to two oral presentations.

All accepted and presented papers (both oral and poster) will be published by CRC Press/Balkema as a volume of abstracts and an electronic book containing PDF document files of full-length papers.
CRC Press/Balkema will only publish submissions with a signed "Consent to Publish & Transfer of Copyright" form, which you should please upload by February 1, 2016.

For questions, please feel free to contact the congress office.
